Why does adding a True Native Watch Face show "Complications unavailable"?
The Watch S10 and some other models have compatibility issues that prevent the direct addition of True Native Watch Faces containing complications.
Solution: Manual Addition
- Open the Watch App on your phone - My Watch Faces - Click on the recently added "Module" or "Dual Module" Watch Face.
- Scroll down to the bottom to "Complications," and manually add the "True Native Widget 1" and other widgets from the Watch Face album.
How to Share My "Watch Face Album" Membership with Family Members
- Set Up Family Sharing
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap [Your Name], then select Family Sharing.
- Tap Get Started, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
- Add a family member: Tap Add Family Member in the top right corner, then enter your family member's Apple ID to invite them to your family group.
- Enable Purchase Sharing
- In the Family Sharing settings, select Purchase Sharing.
- Ensure the Share My Purchases option is turned on.
- Confirm Subscription Sharing
The Watch Face Album membership subscription should automatically be shared with family members. If they can’t access the membership benefits, check the following:
- Make sure your family member’s Apple ID is part of your Family Sharing group.
- Verify that your App Store subscription is active.

- Your family member should open the App Store on their device and download the
Watch Face Album
app. - Once they open the app, they should automatically have access to the membership benefits. If it doesn't activate, try tapping
Restore Purchase
in the app or restarting the app or device.
How to Use Real Native Watch Face?
First, your phone system version needs to be above iOS16 and the watch system version needs to be above watchOS 9. Also, the watch face album app needs to be updated to the latest version.
You can refer to this video tutorial for setup.
If the watch face is not displaying data, you can check if you have authorized health information in the watch face album watch app, click "Sync", "Reload Widgets" or restart the watch to force refresh the watch face.
Our first real native watch face "Cyberpunk" will be offered for free to all users. If you like this type of real native watch face, please share with your friends, give us a good rating in the App Store, which will motivate us to develop more real native watch faces.
Why can't I use member-only features after I bought a membership?
First, one needs to make sure that the correct membership is purchased
Premium Membership is used to unlock all watch faces.
Plus Members can unlock Widgets+ and other advanced features.
Gold membership, equivalent to Premium + Plus
If you have purchased the correct membership and it still doesn't work, please follow the steps below or contact the developer with a recorded screen or screenshot
- make sure you're using the latest version of the App (available on your iPhone - App Store - Your avatar - drop down refresh to update the Watch Face Albums)
- Exit the app completely and re-enter (iPhone with Home button double-click the Home button and then up-click the app to exit, iPhone without Home button gently up-click the lower edge to enter the multitasking interface, and then up-click the exit).
- Reinstall the application
Why can't I sync the lock screen widgets and the watch face widgets?
1. Please open the Watch Face Albums on your watch, then click [Sync] on your phone, if it's not synced yet, tap it a few times.
2. The sticker function needs to load pictures, so you may need to wait a little longer to show it.
3. If the watch widget can not be synchronized, you can try to restart the phone and watch, and slide left and right to switch the watch faces to force refresh.
Why are the dynamic watch faces on the watch not moving when I set them?
This condition should exist for the Apple Watch Series 5+ and needs to be turned off Always-On . (On your iPhone - Watch - Display with brightness - Always on - Off Always on)
Meanwhile, you cannot get dynamic watch faces if you set the live photo as a Portrait watch face. Instead, set it to a Photo watch face.
How to set watch face with a photo
1. Enter Your iPhone - Photos
2. Choose the photo you want
3. Click on the share button at the bottom left of the screen
4. Choose "Create Watch Face"
5. Choose "Portraits Watch Face" if you want the time text to be centered, or "Photos Watch Face" if you want the time positioned in the upper right or lower right corner
How to unlock Dashboard?
If you have purchased a Plus membership or Gold membership, please go to your iPhone - Watch Face Albums - Watch Plus - Dashboard and click \”Sync to Watch\” to sync your membership to your watch.
If you have not yet purchased one of the above memberships, please do so before clicking \”Sync to Watch\” on your iPhone.
Caution.
If you click \”Sync to Watch\” and it still does not unlock, make sure the Dashboard on your watch is in the foreground and click the \”Sync to Watch\” button a few more times. If this does not solve the problem, please restart your phone and watch and repeat the process.
How to keep Dashboard always displayed on Apple Watch?
Please go to your iPhone - Watch - General - Return to Clock and select "After 1 hour". The latest version of watchOS no longer supports "Press the crown" and then "Return to Clock".
Is it possible to remove the time in the upper right corner of the Dashboard?
The time in the upper right corner of the dashboard cannot be removed because of Apple's review restrictions.
How to use the analog watch function?
You need to download (Watch Complications Pro). At present, the Watch Face Albums does not support the analog watch.
⚠️ Note: Watch Complications Pro and Watch Face Albums' Plus membership are not common, Watch Complications Pro's membership provides more advanced functions.

How to Use the Dashboard Feature in the App
- Please make sure that you have downloaded the Watch side of the watch face albums onto your watch (you can check this in your iPhone - Watch - App installed). If it's not automatically installed, please click install.
- Open the Watch face albums(Watch side) and swipe left to see the dashboard interface.
- Because you may not have opened some relevant permissions, the dashboard may not display all the data. In this case, you need to open the relevant permissions. Please refer to How to Enable Permissions for instructions.
How to Enable Permissions
Native watch faces and some widgets require you to enable relevant permissions to use them, which can be done on both your phone and watch using the following methods:
- On your phone: go to the feature you want to use, such as Dashboard, and there will be a permission button on the feature details page. Click to enable it.
- On your watch: go to the Watch version of the dashboard album, click on Permissions, and enable the relevant permission.
How to add widgets to your Lock Screen
With iOS 16, you can add Watch Face Albums widgets to your Lock Screen to get information at a glance — for example, the holidays countdown, offwork countdown, anniversary, or sticker.
- Touch and hold the Lock Screen until the Customize button appears, then tap Customize.
- Select Lock Screen.
- Tap Add Widgets.
- Tap or drag the widgets that you want to add to the Lock Screen.
- When you're finished, tap the close button , then tap Done.
If there’s not enough room for a new widget, you can tap the Remove button to remove a widget and make room for the one you want to add.
